One of the most prominent Preterist scholars is a man
named John Noe. He has written several books in support
of the preterist viewpoint including "Beyond the Endtimes"
which gives a fairly detailed defense of the position.
I have a close friend who is a devout preterist also.
Like others, I can certainly see the validity to some
of their arguments, but I would have to do a great deal
more research to be convinced fully of its truth or
error. They do strongly affirm Sola Scriptura as the
basis of their belief system.
