My response here is not meant to start an argument or anything like that. But, simply put, I have no idea what this answer means. The question is a simple one: Will you (or anyone for that matter) support one's ministry covering (even to the tune of a lowly $1.00 a month)? I guess, we know that answer to that.

And, I do feel as if when I spoke in support of this the answer I got was all about how nothing at UCMI is free and one had to pay for everything one received and that was sufficient to support one's covering...there was no mention that UCMI had earned this or anything like that. Purchhase of tangible goods is not a donation or anything like that when one is clearly made aware of what one receives for payment...it is the same a shopping at a store.

Well. I won't belabor the issue. But it is clear that many will not support their covering...they expect this or that from it, yet find it too much (even unbiblical) to sew (even a dollar a two a month) into into it to further and strengthen its cause. Incomprehensible to me. I just don't get it...all the rationalization and double-speak won't change the fact. Especially so, when it is clear that UCMI is no fly by night entity like the many that abound. (I am writing this of my own volition, not even sure UCMI will post it, but I feel led to speak to this matter, nonetheless.) Oh well.
