Sandi,

You are in my prayers. It is my experience that the Lord never leaves us nor forsakes us, so you are never alone. Remember that wherever you are he is there also.

I too have issues with an ailing mother, I too (years ago) had gone through some legal issues from a car accident and a divorce. On my knees praying and in the courts seeing Gods hand at work. There is truth to the count your many blessings. With my mother, prayer causes a change in her attitude and she doesn't even know I am praying for her.

Our God is a God of LOVE. He allows things to happen to help us grow stronger. When I pray or hear someone say why me God, I ask Lord what do YOU want me to learn from this. What do YOU want me to get out of this situation.

Lastly, remember this is about God and worshipping Him. HE is OUR rock, our fortress and in Him we should take refuge.

Your plate is full, but the Lord is with you at the table.

God Bless and Stay Strong,
Scott
