Subject: Just Wondering

First off.... My name is Rodney and I have been with UCMI as an Ordained Minister since 3/4/'02. I lived in Green Bay WI during this time and in 2006 I moved back to Southeat Missouri where I was raised as a child in order to be around family after being away for 20 years. After looking through the UCMI Ministry Registry I have noticed that there were plenty of others who were in the state of Missouri as well. With this being said I was wondering if there were any UCMI Minister close to Southeast Missouri who would like to perhaps develope relationships with one another. Sometimes I fill as if I am all alone in my journey and at many times I find myself wishing that I had other UCMI Ministers for friends. I've found it at times, difficult to build relationships with other Ministers who sweal themselves with pride because they have attended College and or Seminary and that are of mainline denominations and at times view my ordination and UCMI studies of no vertue. I refuse to argue, I simply walk away shaking my head in disbelief that there can be so little encouragement from one brother or sister in Christ to another. I long for accountability, prayer, encouragement, fellowship and friendships with others who feel and want the same. I am only a humbled man who wants nothing more than to seek the Lord and his direction for my life. I want to serve Him with all diligence, as a willing vessle in His hands, to be use by Him as He wishes. Sometimes it's just down right hard to stay focused when at times you wish you had a, "in the now friend" just to talk with and to be encouraged by. If there are any others out there like minded as me. Then lets figure out how to build friendships and realationships with one another so that we as brothers and sister in Christ can remain stedfast in serving our Lord. God bless each of my UCMI brothers and sister in Christ.
