In reply to: 's message, "Golden Age Rezoning" on 00:31:18 02/22/03 Sat

After reading the letters sent about the rezoning for the Ocean Outboard Marine Center, Inc. I think it would be good to have more people here to bring in more money to the area. Also what could be sweeter than having seniors walking and talking and enjoy a sunny day.
This area needs a family type atmosphere. People would come and visit their grandparents and parents and walk and end up at a local restaurant to eat and/or buy ices and hotdogs.
As for me, I would love to see smiling people in the neighborhood. I think they would bring some long needed goodness to this area.
Golden age could bring good to this area. They are golden age people not sick and dying people. They will bring more people here. More people the merrier.

They want to rezone a boatyard so a assisted living building can go up.
Which would be better than a factory going up.
