Ah, but the rules here at the Perch change depending on who does the name-calling, don't they? The backstabbing that goes on here, especially in the name of Protecting the Crowe is appalling. People are called thieves and liars -- which is libel, for real -- yet those posts are allowed to remain while other pointed commentary is not. I read these threads trying to determine what Petshark's standards of behavior are, and, other than learning that a few bucks spent to become a Community Supporter is like giving an apple to teacher, I haven't discovered the secret yet.
(By the way Lord Maalox -- and aren't they waiting for you on the set of the John Stewart show? -- if you really want to hang around to cruise the Perch for chicks, that's the way to go. Just ask Robert. Although m'lord, I think you should know that the average age of a Russell Crowe fan is about 40, and looks-wise, collectively, well, let's just say Nicole Kidman has nothing to worry about, okay?)
In recent days we've all been admonished not to behave like the terrorists we despise. That reasoning would apply here -- if you despise the trolls, you shouldn't act like them (especially if you have no sense of humor, something sadly lacking in the anti-Troll contingent, I've noticed). On the other hand, if one is going to crawl, nay, DIVE into the gutter with the Trolls, one shouldn't complain about the stink.
