He increases speed, going all out at a dead run. Hooves flash in the faint light as they dig deep divots within the earth. Bits of sandy soil fly off into the twilight atmosphere. The fresh air whips at his face. A palm log now stands in their path extending into the clear lagoon, felled by a violent tempest. He looks back at Your Will Be Done, forelock flailing in his eyes, daring grin flashing on his face. It all goes so fast. He looks forward, lowers his neck to a more aerodynamic position, and puts his ears straight back. He then jumps, sailing over the log, even surprising himself.
