That's right, I opened the P.O. Box as PFAI's State Presbyter. No law against that, and for your information, Revealed Truth Ministries is operated out of my home in Oklahoma City. The church I attend is in Moore; my place of secular employment is in Moore, just a couple of block or so from the Post Office, hence it was convenient to open the P.O. Box there.

Your dishonesty betrays your further, in your efforts to make mountains out of mole-hills.

By the way, when I became Bishop of PFAI, we moved the headquarters to my location. Certainly no law against that.

Also, you seem to have a facination with the IRS and anyone acquiring 501(c)3 status with the IRS. If you new anything at all about the Tax Code, you would know that it is NOT REQUIRED of churches and ministries to have 501(c)3 status since by law churches and ministries are ALREADY tax exempt. However, you will find that many churches and ministries go ahead and apply for 501(c)3 status as a means of assuring those with whom they do business that they are in fact, legally recognized as a bona-fide tax-exempt religious organization. Many frauds form so-called "churches" consisting of two individuals for the purpose of defrauding the government of rightfully owed taxes. 501(c)3 status merely insures against that. If you were to look at the multi-page application for 501(c)3 status, you would find that it clearly states that it is RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED for churches and religious organizations to have 501(c)3 recognition from the IRS. You nut-cases totally MISREPRESENT the IRS and 501(c)3 tax exempt recognition, and do so dishonestly, which has become the norm for your ilk. It strikes me that your group must be hiding something if you don't want the added assurances 501(c)3 status provides to those who give tithes/offerings, or do business with your organization. Maybe because funds are not being used in the manner in which they were intended or represented?

Also, for your information, PFAI was incorporated by Dr. Mike Kear in April of 1993, in accordance with the of incorporation of the State of Oklahoma, long before I ever heard of PFAI, or became affiliated with them. You, yet again display dishonesty in your so-called "investigation" and twist the facts.
