Our boys get veggies quite often. The sound of the cutting board gets them running into the kitchen. They can hear it from outside; suddenly "whomp" Tuffy is scratching at the door with Toby in tow.

They love carrots. Raw potato, grapes, red/yellow/green peppers, apple, celery, underripe banana, strawberries, melons of any kind, even mushrooms now. I don't give them junk food at all, and sometimes they get some gravy or some cuttings from meat. Tuffy used to spit them out, but Toby likes them so now Tuffy eats them too. LOL.

Toby loves his crate, so maybe I should bug him when he is in there.

Yes, Shih Tzus are sensitive. Tuffy was not sensitive at all. When I scolded him he snapped at me. Or when we yelled or had cans with rocks in it, it never fazed him. Noise ? He doesn't hear noise. Toby was much different. When I scolded him he submissive peed. I had to really be very gentle with him. Totally opposite from Tuffy. He's a natural cuddle muffin. Tuffy didn't get cuddly until we got Toby - it's a competition thing for him.

Have a geat day Sola. Sadly this board is going the way of the Do-Do. It has been nice getting to know you and hopefully we will see each other about.

Kisses to that sassy Yorkie !!

peace
