I can't explain how I got here. Neither can you. You can say The Bible tells you so, but that's really not an explanation, any more that the Stork left you is.

Now, I'm not sure I subscribe to the Big Bang.

But I will say, I can accept that something we call "God" is the First Cause. But it is quite a leap to suggest he guided the writing of some scrolls some thousands of years ago, and the he guided the Nicean Council in selecting and editing some number of these scrolls together into a book called The Bible.

Now, how do we get life from non-life ? Who knows, but who let us say it is "God", then what was the mechanism ?

You see SAK, I agree that these are difficult questions. And like you, I subscribe to something other than naturalistic explanations (unless we want to include the designing aspect as natural). I myself subscribe to Intelligent Design. But I also see how it is difficult to prove or disprove a lot of this stuff.
