Cold War Conflicts, CDV's attempt to rip off some other merchant, by selling it under another publisher, GMX media.

They thought no one would realise who it was and buy it.
Just goes to show you how desperate CDV are, dont forget CDV UK just filed for bankruptcy within the last 4 months and things are getting desperate for CDV in general.

CDV are trying to ship everything they can as fast as they can to bring in the money, regardless of quality.

Who is gonna be desperate enough to buy the crap ?
