The address was Mayford Green,Woking,Surrey.I was there 1970/1971.I think I served about 15 months.The Head Master was called Guts and the deputy head was called DepGuts,One of the staff used to take us sailing at Ham near Kingston.I did a runner 3 times in total,once with a boy called Kennedy,once with a boy called Cross and once on my own,it was too bloody easy!We got visits and also home visits although not if you'd legged it!!haha.Most of the boys were ok although you'd always get the usual 15 year old tough guy(tossers,we all know where they ended up).Any way I have'nt done too bad for myself,two lovely kid's and relativly stayed out of trouble,even though one of the masters said i'd amount to nothing and end up killing someone or killing myself!what did he know?
