That's what it looks like to me also. Of all of the FG members I would want there, I'm glad it's Fred. So glad. I'm not 100% sure why but it's great to see the newbie be exposed to this kind of thing.

But if Fred's crying and Angel's on his knees like that this must be a VERY emotional scene.

That picture makes me want to cry.
