Subject: Angel, the Buffy Season 1 Episode

On the TV networks, today's Buffy rerun is "Angel", the ep where Buffy finds out that Angel's a vampire and Angel stakes Darla. Even though this ep was used to jump-start the B/A relationship, what do you all think of the Darla/Angel interaction?

Did you like it (D/A) the first time around (this can be for those who came in late or those who saw it on the first airing)?

Did you even notice the D/A interaction?

Did you like Darla in this episode?

Do you think her character has been changed completely since then in Angel Season 2 and what we have of season 3?

In the light of what we know now, even though Darla was wrong in attacking Buffy, did you think that Buffy was in over her head regarding Angel?

Okay, that's all the questions I have come up with so far. I'll be back later with my own responses.
