** I understand what you say, besides to hate is so horrible and this is just a fictional character. Once a girl told me I was stupid for liking Darla and Angel together! Now what I do is promote Darla (and Angel) a lot, asking for pictures, wallpapers or posting articles or anything related to them in all the lists possibles, but always avoiding fights. Till now it has worked.

But I think all these people hate Darla because they feel threaten with her. She is so important in Angel's life, more than Buffy was I think, that all their possible future couples or favorite characters may end up being overshadowed with her. For me, Cordy kind of was last season.

** Also a lot of people can't forget that she was a prostitute. I've never understood why people like Angelus or Spike or Dru and hate Darla. All 4 were evil,and part of the same family and did the same evil things, but Darla is the only one that pays for everything.
