The Georgia Board of Cosmotology. REPORT all the riff raff illegal h/m people going to this pageant. In fact, get their email and email them the ads here. There is more than one way to get rid of crud. Have the pageant infested with inspectors handing out fines to the unlicensed people there trying to get money behind closed doors in hotel rooms. Have the place swarming with authorities who have been notified about all the unsanitary hair and makeup going on in hotel rooms. In fact, get the Georgia Board to send you copies of the laws in that state, and you will be real surprized what can be done. When you start talking about out of work h/m being upset, you better believe that REAL cosmotology people are upset with the outlaw h/m.
