Transparent Hell

I thought that I was so sure
Now you’re unclear and obscure
I thought this life all made sense…
That was mere coincidence.

Tried to make it clear to you
But you looked and saw right through,
Through my smoky clouds of doubt
Right before you pushed me out.

Obvious ~ easily seen
You know everywhere I’ve been…
Made my heart become translucent
Then turn black as you abused it.

Guess I don’t know what you mean,
You’re dead dark ~ I’m crystalline
Thoughts of me so permeable?
Guess I’m not that memorable…

Never will we be coherent
I speak logic ~ you won’t hear it
Mention love ~ we both so fear it
See the light…we won’t go near it

Diaphanous attitude,
Sheer gossamer solitude…
Charred is my black hardened heart
I’m blinded when we’re apart.

Vision of you…. Going … gone.
Love is right but we’re so wrong?
Holograph~love gone transparent,
You were there but not apparent.

You erase the evidence,
Proof of all of our events.
I breathe in your offered pain ,
Smother in your cellophane.

I can’t hide my love for you.
Lucid, clear and so thought through,
Yet you pull away again…
Yes my love is such a sin.

I scare you as you scare me,
You block you… yet you see me.
Drew me to your mirage cell
To share your transparent hell…
