Subject: Fight Fire with Fire

You’ve come in to his chambers, to have him flay your skin,
You’ve asked him to indulge you, in every painful sin,
You welcome ropes and shackles, your mouth is bound and gagged,
A burlap sack is opened, your head is duly bagged.

Across the room his whips reach out and sting your velvet flesh,
Your sweat exudes from every pore, your hair begins to mesh.
On the floor a tiny drop of blood lies in a pool,
Drippng from the rivulets that mingle with your drool.

Anguish is your inner friend without it you are nought,
The masochistic influence has snared you... you are caught.
This red room is your therapy, you come for painful care,
The scorching pain erases all your other life “out there”.

Impersonating normalcy, the next day you’re at work,
Every time you twinge with pain you crack a little smirk,
Because you know that life has been a far more painful road,
And torture chamber love-make helps to bear that heavy load.
