Fighting for survival just to exist
Existing just to be knocked down and walked upon
Making a living is just someone’s idea of an evil prank
You better believe it’s just so they can give your chain a yank
Nothing is ever truly in black and white
Except a moon lit night
Prophets spouting certain doom
Filling someone’s mind with utter garbage
Until it is tattooed on the brain
People wasting away
As they wish their lives away
People watching her on tv
Thinking she’s got it made
Wishing that they had her private life
Little knowing she wants to take her own life
Feeling used and abused thinking she doesn’t have a life
No longer able to get high on life
Always being drug down
By some stupid clown
While she is just fighting for survival
To continue to exist
In her own private little hell
