"2000 Trends

New releases of 2000

Are standing out from the crowd (=doing much better than the rest) the successes of Era 2 (850,000 copies of the album sold), Modjo (1,100,000 singles since last summer), St Germain (466,000 albums) Air "Virgin Suicides " (300,000), Anggun's new album "Chrysalis" (220,000 copies since September), Youssou n'Dour (225,000), Tahiti 80 (120,000 albums in Japan), Laurent Garnier (205,000), Orishas (132,000 albums), and the breathtaking start of Daft Punk (400,000 singles in 2 month!)"

Which confirms what I was saying : Chrysalis did allright.
