No, I'm just giving a simple answer to the question. This person is obviously seeing satellites - high flying, dim points of light staying on a steady course across the sky.

Go to the NASA website, type in your location, and you'll get a list of half a dozen which will overfly you tonight. Until recent events it was also possible to see the Space Shuttle docked with the ISS (albeit just a bright moving point of light in the sky).

Unless of course they are really space monkeys from the Planet Zog, on a mission to buy some Blackpool Rock after dumping aluminium and barium chemtrails over the town of Stockport. Sounds perfectly logical to me.
