Wow. Where did all this come from? I think I just saw last week on Dateline that the current college aged generation in America didn't care about anything. Praise Jesus that you guys do! Prove Stone Phillips wrong!
So let me see if I understand your complaints. Number one, Jason is "old". 26. Jeez...that must be light years away from you. I suppose by that time in your life that you will have settled down with some nice sorority girl, have an overpriced apartment in a suburban area, trying desperately to talk her out of fertility treatments (you know, all that punk partying in college left you kind of high and dry), working for Sprint, and be looking back fondly at those days in college when you and the bro's could get together and play to the masses...in the basement of The Pub. Ah, memories.
Secondly, you seem to have some issue with his view on music in general, especially your merry band of brothers. Well, I can tell you from painfully first hand experience that Jason has witnessed enough "local scenes" in his life to make his comments warranted. No, he doesn't need to go see your band firsthand to know you're totally predictable. He also didn't need to go see that pirate band at Hole in One to know that they would just be so pathetic that EVEN HE would feel embarrassed for them. I think he feels the same way about you. You should thank him for giving you a little bit of dignity - at least he's not there laughing in your face.
So...in this battle of who has the bigger dick, it's obvious to me that you all aren't even contenders. And, I know this is petty and all (but pettiness didn't stop you, so what the hell), Jason has two degrees to his name. Maybe that's why he knows the difference between "your" and "you're". You see, while he was toiling away at an education for EIGHT years (eight years - the pursuit of knowledge can last that long and be fulfilling - that's why some of us go to college), he was actually pursuing academics, rather that moussing his hair and ordering punk CD's from CD Now.
And while I'm on the subject, any of you guys want an extra copy of the latest Blink 182...what's the name of it? Ah yes, "Take Off Your Pants and Jacket". (See, even they know the difference between "your" and "you're".) I'm sure you already have one, but I got a copy by mistake in the mail. The shrink wrap is still on! Just like new! It's all yours...I'm sure you need an extra copy for the SUV.
