Young metal fans do not "get my goat", I very much encourage them. I am very pleased to see kids getting into Burzum, Graveland, Darkthrone etc. My problem is with people into commercial metal such as Pantera/Slayer/Cradle of bollox, who have no interest in, and will quite easily dismiss the underground because you dont read about it in "metal" hammer or kerrap. I'm talking about trend followers. Metal is not commercial music, it is not for the masses. Real metal is art, and commercialism destroys that (cradle of shit are a prime example). Real metal is the underground, and thats how it should be.
