 Oh Mata :) it probably is age. lol Just teasing you!! Seriously, I think that's a normal thing. We may be getting more sensitive physically as well as spiritually. A wonderful elder lady once told me she just ignors the aches and pains and focused on what is was she wanted to do in this life. After she focused and started on her plans, she noticed the aches and pains eased up or completely went away. I try very hard to be like that. It doesn't always work for me but when I can't allieviate the problems mentally, I go take a soothing bath with an herb or something added to the water. I swear water is the best healer inside and out. Much love to you'
