Hi Dan,

I think the key is "everything in moderation".

I dont think people realize how difficult it is to truly know oneself. It is a slow, hard process but one I believe is worth going through.

A person must look within but many times might not like what they see. The key is to accept what is there and know that it is only a physical being going through physical things in a physical plane. Then realize that spirit is everything. :)
