Yep, right now it does seem very difficult to remain centered within our being. Sure, when everything is going smoothly, not a problem. But world events are far from being orderly right now.

I think it important to not only focus on the Spirit within each of us, to realize that therein is the greater reality, and yet to also realize that the 'outer' is but an illusion whose time has come for a grand exit. As long as we are 'comfortable' within the false reality of the past, change becomes difficult to accept. Letting go of what we thought we were can be painful, but, take heart, the birth into a newer reality will more than compensate! Peace, and 50,000 namaste's ! Don
