Hi MaTa, Hi Kathi,

It seems that we all move along our paths quite nicely. Slowly but steady we go. Much to slowly for some. ::winking at Kathi:::: :)

But move we do and that is most important.

With the huge shift in energy we have to keep aware and balanced so we dont get pulled into mini dramas that occur in our daily lives and daily conversations.

For me it is like a battle being waged within, a battle sometimes I win and sometimes I lose.

(Hey MaTa?? I think I am in a battle of this kind with Kev on the hotsheets. :))

This I find is the most difficult part. I find myself being pulled into many dramas and it takes energy to not go there. Sometimes I go there and sometimes I dont. Remembering all the time that when I am pulled into a drama it is for my own understanding. Very very hard concept to grasp to say the least.

Growth is not easy but I think it can be, at many levels, fun. If we were just able to remember that it is more fun than work we would be better able to truly understand it.

Those are my thoughts for this morning.
