beacuse this is your first known offence...we will let you off with just an owl 'community service'...your full punishment details will be broadcasted along with naked pictures of you and your owl sanctuary at 6:30 on all major terrestrial, sky, digital and cable network channels...i hope you will learn from this excuse not 2 mess with owls in future u sick man
