Subject: im scared.....really

Dude, is there any ghost hunters out there? cuz i DEFINATLY have a problem. i tried ignoring the weird stuff thats been happening, but this is to much. i even have a log thing...
it started two weeks ago. i have no pets except for a parakeet(named Samkim), and I live with my brother Ash and my dad. we all have seperate rooms. ash and i are twins, both 15. i always get home before my dad and brother, and normally leave last in the morning. anyway, i come home, and my room is torn apart. my clothes are everywhere, my bird's seed is spilt all over the floor, one of my books ripped to shreds. and i was the last to leave that morning, and first to get home. how did this happen? i checked the window and door, all secure. there was no evident force-in.
The next thing happened 7 days after, the second time on a Tuesday. I was reading, and all the books on the second level on my bookshelf fell over. one by one. I checked the shelf with a level, and it was perfectly flat. explainable? not by me.
by now, i was a little creeped, so, the next morning, i left out an unwrapped cupcake on my dresser and said aloud before i left. "whoever is in here, i leave you this cupcake as a gift of peace." then i left my room and shut the door. wonder of wonders, i come home first, go to my room, and the cupcakes gone, and there's a scrawled note "thanks". i thought it was over then...
the last time something happened was today. sitting on my bed doing my homework, and then my bird starts chirping. this is the first time it has chirped it a long time, because, well, my bird just doesnt talk much. while its chirping, my light flickers, and all the books on my shelf fall off. the bird seed gets spilt(again) and then the bird stops chirping and it all stops. i think maybe the spirit possessed my bird. can anyone out there help me at least understand this?
