 今年接手做chairman後,起初唔信上年chair忠告.信學會檔案文件是極有用的.但閱覽上頭所謂有用文件後,同自己今年果份比.一式一樣.細看下,廢料無用重複又重複的佔八成以上.
我想問下師兄,面對這些文件,明知無用都要做.該點算好呢?
