Subject: General Complaint

I`d like to register a complaint about the dustman in our area. If a binliner is broken open the dustman won`t take it.

To show you how pedantic our dustman are I purposely left a burst-binliner with radioactive waste seeping out, outside our house the other day and the buggers refused to take it saying: "Our union says we are`nt insured against death by radiocative poisoning - BASTARD DUSTMEN!!!
