Kind Sir or Madam,
Do you have a liver transplant surgery course? Mine is just about gone again, what with all the gin and vodka and my doctors say I can't get on the donor list anymore. I have a few "prospective" donors in mind, and what a suprise it would be for them to find I was harvesting their organs for such a good cause. Of course if you already have a qualified liver transplant surgeon in your employ I would be happy to pay as much as £450 for them to do the surgery in person not by fax.
