She watched as her boyfriend stormed out of the room before she growled, shaking her head. "This is why we can't work together." She stated, watching Skeeter get back to work - the man didn't say anything to anyone before getting to it - before she looked to Remy, shrugging her shoulders helplessly before she followed Kyrian out of the room and then caught up to him in the hallway. "Come on, I still have a room upstairs." She stated with a soft but firm tone, not inviting any arguements. They needed to talk but he needed to be laying down. She led the way up to the bare room where she had spent so many nights, moving him to the bed. "I can handle myself, Kyr, you know that." She stated once again with the same soft but firm voice, she could keep a soft voice as long as he didn't start argueing with her. This had been her main concern when she signed onto Delta, that he would try and baby her, keep her safe from her own career. She had worked pretty hard to be in a squad so elite and she deserved her spot here as much as anyone else around here did if not more. She was nervous about going out on the field, that was true and perhaps, if she thought he had some confidence in her and wasn't being ruled by his fear of losing her, she would confide in him but right now she felt like that would just be feeding his worry.
