(She laughed goodnaturedly, it was fun to be around men like him.. who allowed her to be feminine and at the same time respected her for what she could accomplish. He didn't look at her as a body, he looked at her as a woman... and that was something that drew her to him.) I think we have a diverse team and each person has an asset that is vital to making us successful. (She said, a thoughtful light in her eyes as she gazed at him. She smiled as he spoke about Kyrian.. the man sure had changed since she had known him.) Kyrian? He's not as bad as he makes himself out to be.. though I wouldn't get in his face unarmed either. In my opinion, the man would have been better suited as a marine.. he's always the first one to have his gun out.. the first into the room and into danger.. (She laughed a little, pushing her hair back again.) If he and Remy hadn't met up I doubt he would have stayed in the SEALS. (She shrugged a bit, not wanting to dwell on the other man much.. Kyrian had broken her heart back then, something she hadnt told anyone.)

"I wish we could already get this started...debriefed with the team and all that and be on our way." He sighed, running his hand over his head. "I wouldn't even be here if my squad hadn't been dismembered in March. Crazy stuff going on over there you know and just one day..." He shrugged, shaking his head as he trailed off, realizing he was about to reveal way more then he wanted too to anyone.
