(She rolled her eyes.) That's why you're a marine and I'm not. (She quipped as she followed him.. though she wasn't quite sure why she was following him. In the commander's office, she took a seat by the desk and went back to examining her fingernails.) (He looked up from his laptop and smiled, welcoming the two of them into the office.) Hunter.. Vixen.. good to see you. (He said warmly, reaching over for his can of mountain dew and taking a swallow from it.. sometimes when he was working he forgot to do simple things like that.) We have a complication, it seems, with a member of your team. (He leaned back and hooked his hands behind his head.) Jester has come down with an infection and is on protective watch for the next twelve to twenty four hours. In order to have everyone in the best possible condition I am postponing departure of the team for at least twenty four hours. You will, however, be staying here at headquarters until such time that we can resume briefing.
