Subject: She had passed out from shock, stress and exhaustion, she hadn't slept in well over forty hours and she was just incapable of being awake anymore. When he crawled into bed with her, she shifted without wakening - moving closer to him and slipping her leg between his, her hand moving to rest on his side as she nuzzled closer. She just was so tired and worn out and she had managed to stress herself out over this whole assignment thing and then with him being sick she just couldn't do much else other then sleep. He would actually wake up before her probably, even though he was drugged - she just couldn't face reality anymore.

  • (He slept through the evening and well into the night, waking around four in the morning, close to ten hours after he had crawled into bed with her in the first place. The first thing he realized was that he was not in his room, then he realized his head was aching like he had been hit over it with a baseball bat. He groaned as he shifted, then realized that Haylie was spread over his chest as he lay there.. they were literally tangled together on the bed, arms and legs entwined, her lithe body sprawled atop him and her head over his heart. The headache didnt seem to matter much anymore suddenly, as he ran his hand down her back.. he had almost died the night before.. but he had Haylie and everything in the world was as it should be.)
