(He was quiet for a long time after she finished speaking, having simply stood there in the middle of the busy comm room, with agents running around him checking the hundreds of monitors, listening to her voice. He felt his heart sink a bit as he realized she was leaving for a bit.. and couldnt help but feel that it was entirely his fault. She had just given birth to their child, she was emotional and lonely and he had done nothing to help her. Frowning, he shook his head as a couple of agents approached him, reaching out to take the intel paper one of them handed to him.) You're going now? (He knew his wife, her bags would be packed and the tickets would be purchased already.. calling him was her last resort because she knew thta he wouldnt stop her... not that his objection would stop her anyways.) I - (He started to speak and trailed off, his eyes scanning the paper as he tried to figure out what to say to her. He sputtered a little then finally spoke.) Yeah, it's alright, go spend some time with your family. (He said, his voice softer than normal. It was obvious from his tone that he wasn't happy about it.. but that he understood all the same. Since his hands were tied at work he had no right to tie hers at home.)
