He nodded at that, pursing his lips. "We'll try that then and see how you feel from there." He pulled out the chair for her at the table before sitting down himself and ordering a glass of Pinot Gregio and then nodding for her to order whatever she wanted. He didn't want to make any decisions for her, she could make her own now, he had learned the hard way that she didn't want a man who would over protect her and yet when he had backed off and let her deal with things on her own, thats when she had gone nuts. He was kind of at a loss over what he was supposed to do with her. Shrugging off his thoughts, as he always did, he instead flipped through the menu and then spoke again. "So, any cravings or anything like that?" He remembered Remy leaving the office at weird times for strange things like sour patch kids and potatoe skins during Shay's pregnancy and Haylie had a thing for weird, exotic fruit and egg salad. "Haylie is pregnant now too..." He stated softly, having not had a chance to tell her that yet, not a time when he was with her and they didn't have anything else to talk about or he was in a good enough mood to just chat.
