He scooted over on the bean bag chair and tugged her down to sit next to him, his arm going casually around his shoulders even as a tiny inner voice told him he was treading on dangerous ground. "Yeah, I'll get debriefed, you take a nap...and then we'll go get you a new dress or something and go out somewhere new for dinner, huh? How's that sound?" He questioned with a small smile, tipping his head to the side as he looked down at her. She was such a pretty girl, he felt bad sometimes because she didn't have a whole lot of friends, there just wasn't the time to take her to get her license and teach her to drive and she had to take the bus home, had no way to get anywhere else since he was working all the time and if she wasn't home alone then she was home here....she should be hanging out with kids her own age, not a twenty-six year old man. "Maybe that new place down on the avenue..." There was a waiting list a year long to get in there but it was amazing what a flash of a badge could get you not to mention his charming accent and devastating smile..
