(She gazed up at him as he let his hand travel over her neck, her eyes softening as she forced herself to take in a deep breath and let it out lest she give in and hold her breath. Everywhere he touched her, he left a trail of warmth that was quickly turning into a heat that was settling in her stomach. He was making her nervous in that exciting way. She gave in and rested a hand against his chest even as he brushed his hand over her cheek and leaned in to kiss her forehead, that distant smile gracing her features again. Part of her had been hoping that he would kiss her lips as he leaned in.. but the way her heart raced from the kiss to her forehead made her think maybe she wasn't ready for something more serious yet.. Oh who was she fooling? No one, thats who. She was wondering what it would be like to kiss him, wondering if he would make that little growling sound as he responded to her.. if he would respond to her.. what those strong hands would feel like, running over her body. It made her shiver a little as she felt his hand engulfing hers and she fell into step slightly behind him. She lowered herself down onto the blanket and looked over the food as he too sat and started to go through it. She watched him with a look that wasn't far off from adoration. She wasn't much of a wine person.. so she opted out.. for now anyways.) Water, please.. (She murmured, her gaze running over the basket as she leaned forward to peer inside.) You really did all this.. (She murmured with a smile brightening her tone as she looked over him again.) Horses.. a picnic.. meteor showers.. (She laughed sort of incredulously as she took the water from him.) This is so great..
