Subject: Cannot scan from Dell A960

I am trying to use the Envision demo with a Dell A960 scanner/printer/copier. The program recognizes the A960 as a scanner (Select scanners) but when I try to scan, it asks if multi/single page then appears to wait 15 seconds then nothing is scanned. I have looked at the A960 led display to see if it is waiting for a manual response from me and it isn't. Any suggestions? The same program scans just fine from a Fujitsu Scan Partner 15C-B.
