Subject: Bug: Assign Graphic to non-visible TImageScrollBox

A bug report:

If you assign a graphic to a non-visible TImageScrollBox and then set its Visible property to True, the image is not displayed. If Visible is set to True before setting the Graphic, then the image is displayed.
