Hi Larry,

I know some JPEG's use a different color model (not RGB). These are quite rare, but it seems you have one. You can try loading it in the VCL's TJPEGImage. Both Envision and the VCL's TJPEGImage use the independent jpeg group's library. I'm not sure I can help with this, but send me the file by email and I'll see what I can do.
