Hi Raymond,

The only thing vaguely similar I have seem is that some scanner drivers have the option of inverting the black and white colors. Although I understand in your case, on screen it is correct but not when it is saved. If you save the file in other formats, ie, BMP, TIFF, PCX is it still saved inverted?
