There may be a conflict with something else. What I would do is save one of your problematic forms under a new name, and start removing components until the problem disapears. If you are having problems because of access violations, you can open the .dfm file in the ide to remove components. Are these forms using other 3rd party components? You can email me directly the .pas and .dfm files and I will see if I can duplicate the problem.
