Thank you for reporting this. You need make the following change in EnTifGr.WriteDibToTiffStream

{ MB Jul 13, 2000. If RowsPerStrip is not set, use the internal libtiff default. }
if RowsPerStrip > 0 then
TIFFSetIntField( TiffHandle, TIFFTAG_ROWSPERSTRIP, RowsPerStrip);
