Subject: telephone helpdesk database system in delphi

Can anyone give me some delphi source code to produce a database to do the requirements below:

If possible using simple code.

1)Enter a customer reference number to bring up a customer record and if the customer reference number is not available alternative key is to be used. If customer is new then new customer reference and record is to be produced.

2)A database of problems and solutions is to be kept to assist helpdesk operators.

3)Some background printing facility fo customer lists and customer questons and solutions to be provided.

4)Frequently asked questions to be emailed some where automatically.

5)A record is to be kept of each operator's shifts with log-on and log-off times and dates.

6)Reports of weekly statistics are required showing for
each operator,number and percentage of calls answered by the operator without being referred to technical staff.
