Subject: CAD graphics tools

I'm looking for a toolbox to do some simple CAD graphics (lines, boxes, circles, text, small bitmaps) that should work with Envision.
The goal is to create a tool that allows for designing printable forms that may be scanned afterwards and tested for checked boxes and/or barcodes.
The scanning and checking process may well be done with Envision, but for designing the forms, I would need other tools.
