Hi Peter,

I have not seen this before. Which version of Envision are you using? One user has reported a strange interaction between Trunc and some DLLs from twain drivers. Version 2 uses a new SafeTrunc routine to workaround this problem.

I would also look into if you scanner has updated drivers.
