Hi Karl,

I don't have any specific ideas. The first would be to explore all the options provided by the scanner's user interface.

A reboot is always a good idea for things that once work but no longer work...

Try scanning from different software. Also, when using Envision, don't scan from within the IDE. Run the program outside the IDE. The twain message loop and the IDE may interfer with each other.
